I had lovely walk with Ash after work today 🙂 went to Riverside Park. It was a nice stroll, I think we walked for about an hour in the sun.
After our walk we went to a nearby pub called The White Swan. The food was lovely; we had a carvery. The first time I went to a carvery and they had pork belly and lamb! I had to have both. The pork belly was stuffed with stuffing and was actually melt in your mouth. The lamb was nice but I wasn’t mad keen on it.
We then had dessert and I had an Eton Mess. It was lovely. I love meringue and the berries were very nice in this. Just enough contrast in flavour and texture.
